The Job :
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Handling inbound emails and chats in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate responses.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
- 10 positions available
- The type of work is Customer service, responding to emails and chats.
- Work from home (work from home/hybrid - in India). Applicants, if approved, must be able to migrate to work in India.
- Annual income UP TO 38K Thai Baht per month

Skills Required :
- Able to communicate well
- Excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in Thai and English in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
- You have good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You are organized and have good interpersonal skills.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environment
