Customer Service Role - International Voice Process - Pharma (0-1 yrs)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct telemedicine consultations with patients over the phone in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Listen attentively to patients' concerns, symptoms, and medical history, and accurately document relevant information.
- Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers, conveying information accurately and clearly.
- Provide guidance and support to patients on telemedicine procedures, appointment scheduling, and technical troubleshooting.
- Coordinate appointments and manage scheduling for telemedicine consultations, ensuring timely access to healthcare services.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations when handling patient information.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective coordination of care and follow-up.
- Stay updated on telemedicine protocols, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and feedback, addressing any concerns or issues raised promptly and professionally
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- 12th Pass candidates, high bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service or patient support role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Exceptional English proficiency, both verbal and written, with clear pronunciation and effective communication skills.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with patients' needs and concerns.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and telecommunication software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic understanding of healthcare practices and procedures preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict ethical standards.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and patient needs.
