Customer Service Role - International Voice Process - BPO (0-1 yrs)

Mode of Work : Only Work from office

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handling customers query and request for the services
- Understand customer requirement and provide the best customer service experience (fresher's with excellent communication)
- Should be ready to work in pure night shift (Between 5 PM to 10AM any 9 Hrs.)
- Saturday/Sunday No fixed off.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Excellent English Communication Written & Verbal.
- Minimum 6 months experience into any International Voice process
- Any Graduation with no backlogs.
- Age criteria : 18 -27 years
