BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Calling US customer and explaining them about the product.
- Convincing them to take up a Survey.
- Cold calling and Lead generation.
- Build and maintain a good rapport with respondent.
PRE-REQUISITES FOR THE ROLE:
- Very good convincing skill over the phone
- Ability to get past the gatekeeper
- Good cold calling and lead generation experience
- Proactive thinker
- Person who looks a the solution and not the problem.
- Comfortable to work in night shift
