Customer Service Role - International Voice Process (0-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Handle customers at the Outbound calls and do the soft collections
- Ability to take calls at a stretch as every call will be a right party call
- Collaborate with Internal teams to identify areas for process improvement and optimize strategies
- Responsible for chasing outstanding invoices from Customers of our clients
- Contact overdue Customers and chases for payment in accordance with rules set by the engagement
- Document customer interactions into system
- Perform basic reconciliations
- Follow control and compliance regulations
- Maintain accurate and up to date Customer details and account records
