Working Hours:

Shift Timing: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Flexible Hours: Any 9-hour shift within the timeframe

Working Days: 5 days a week with rotational offs

Experience Required:

Minimum 6 months in Customer Service or International Voice Process

Compensation:

CTC: - 30,000 per month (- 3.6 LPA)

Job Description:

- We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our International Voice Process team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism

Qualifications:
