Customer Service Role - International Voice Process (0-1 yrs)
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Maintain records of customer interactions, customer accounts
- Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that the customers feel supported and valued
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call centre metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
- Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent Communication skills with strong command on English Language.
- Good data entry and typing skills
- Good computer skills
- Comfortable working for Night Shift.
