Hiring for International & Domestic Voice Process.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- International Voice/Semi Voice under BPO industry involving interaction with our Global Clients/Customers across India.
- Resolving customer issues over both Inbound/Outbound calls.
- Shifts: Rotational Shifts or Fixed/Day Shifts,
- Experience: Freshers to 5 years Experience
- Salary: Based on your previous experience according to Industry Standards.
EDUCATION CRITERIA :
- Freshers and Experienced,
- Undergraduates (10th,10+2 / 10+2+Diploma) and BE/B.Tech with minimum 6 months experience in Customer Support BPO only
SKILLS :
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience in BPO Voice Domestic/International
- Salary: Upto 5,50,000 P.A.
