Customer Service Role - International Chat & Voice Process - BFSI (0-2 yrs)

- Handle voice & chat-based customer interactions related to banking & financial services.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution.
- Ensure accuracy & compliance with banking regulations.
