Customer Service Role - Insurance (0-1 yrs)
We are looking for an individual to provide customer service to personal lines accounts. Individual will be servicing auto and home clients primarily, supporting the team on the phones, collecting documentation, following up with new business, and various other customer service tasks to provide high quality support to new and existing clients.
Duties :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
- Serve as one of the main points of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns
- Understand clients' business objectives and provide strategic guidance and solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing products or services
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and upsell additional products or services
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks or opportunities
- Prepare regular reports on account performance and provide insights for improvement.
