Customer Service Role - Inbound Voice Process - US Banking (0-2 yrs)
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic fresher graduate to join our dynamic team in the US Banking Inbound Voice Process. As part of this team, you will provide excellent customer service, assisting clients with their banking inquiries over the phone. The ideal candidate should have strong verbal communication skills in English and a passion for delivering top-notch customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Handle inbound calls from customers in the US, addressing inquiries related to banking services such as account details, transactions, card services, and more.
2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring their concerns are resolved efficiently.
3. Manage and document customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference.
4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while dealing with customer issues.
5. Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to provide seamless customer support.
6. Meet performance metrics, including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
7. Follow company procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with banking regulations.

Eligibility Criteria :

4. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computers and familiarity with MS Office.
5. Other: Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
