Customer Service Role - Inbound Voice Process - Financial Products (1-7 yrs)

Age Criteria : Below 30 Years
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Should have minimum 1 year of experience in Inbound Voice
Job Profile :
- Answer incoming calls from customers with inquiries on Financial Products
- Assist various departments in facilitating sales of all finance products in the company portfolio
- Analyze customer issues and assist in resolving within the required timeframe
- Coordinate with customers and ensure appropriate questioning to identify issues
- Manage all customer inquiries and summarize to present to management
- Maintain accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services
Shift Time: 7 AM - 9 PM ( Any 9 hours shift )
Week Off: Rotational off
Salary: 18K NET - 30K NET
