Customer Service Role - Inbound Voice Process (0-2 yrs)
Exp : Fresher - 1+ Years
Location : Bangalore (Old Airport Road, Bangalore) /Pune(ViMAN Nagar)
Notice period : Immediate to 15 Days
Working Days : Mon-Sat (Rotational shift )
For men : Rotational shifts : 3pm-11pm ; 4-12 pm; 6pm-2am; 11pm-7am
For women : No night shifts.
No cab facility. Only 8 Hours Work. [ 1 hr Lunch]
Qualification : Candidates qualification should be Minimum 12th Pass (HSC) or Graduate
Responsibilities :
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions process
Note : Candidate should be very fluent in Oral and Written English (Please Note Need Excellent oral and written Communication Skills)
