GRADUATE WITH EXCELLENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Resolve customer complaints via Call.

2. Customer care representative will manage inbound and outbound calls/chats/emails.

3. Providing exceptional customer service experience to the customers

4. Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus

5. Excellent communication skills along with active listening.

6. Customer focused approach.

7. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and a self-starter.

8. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

9. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.

10. Any fresher graduate can apply.

- Salary Up to 2.5 LPA + Quarterly Increment + Performance Bonus +Unlimited Incentives
