Customer Service Role - Human Resources & Direct Marketing Services (1-3 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :
- Attend to calls professionally to provide information about products and services.
- Promoting financial products
- Listen and respond to customers- needs and concerns
- Handle returns or complaints
- Record details of customer contacts and actions taken.
- Cross selling of Mutual fund and SIP to the existing set of clients. (This will account for only 10% of the overall KRA target).
Qualifications :
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Self motivated & drive to achieve.
- Ability to listen and should possess problem solving skills.
Role Proficiencies :
- Knowledge
- Graduate from Any Stream
- Able to act independently and be self-motivated
- Effective verbal and written communication and time management skills with the ability to act autonomously while being a team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details
- Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
