Customer Service Role - Hotel (1-5 yrs)

- Our client is a NY based hotel communications hub providing centralized PBX operator services, guest issue management software, text messaging, SIP services and other cutting-edge technology to over 200 hotels worldwide. We pride ourselves on providing excellent services to hotels and their guests as well as providing an enjoyable work environment to our staff. We are a 24x7 operation and looking for people to fill in shifts at various times. All employees work from home. We are currently hiring for flexible weekend/PM shift availability.
The Job
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Hospitality industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
