Customer Service Role - FMCD (1-8 yrs)
We are searching for a Customer Service Agent for the Indian market
YOUR TASKS :
- First contact person for our customers in the Indian market
- Fast and courteous answering of requests via email and chat, individual customer advisory and direct conversation
- Inspire our customers and maintain the positive image of our brand
- Analyze the service volume and close coordination of improvements with our Marketing and Operations teams
- Support the optimization of processes
REQUIREMENTS :
- Fluency in Hindi and English
- University degree and/or professional experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills, empathy and positive attitude - you love the exchange with other people and being the link to our customers from the first day on
- Understanding and patience also in stressful situations - you really want to convince every customer and to find the best solutions
- Hands-on attitude, a structured way of working and eye for detail
- Interest in the area of home and sustainability, ideally an affinity for social media
