Job Description:
- Handle customer enquiries via email/chat/phone and in person, giving prompt answers.
- Working on adhere timeline and proper response on customer
- Handling grievance and report escalations to manager for resolution
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on change requests and payments.
- Ensuring compliance pertaining to management of documents.
- Highest level of written and verbal communication skills
- Fair knowledge of basic tools for business fulfilment
- Analysis data and open to work on key projects in enhancing customer experience.
- Strictly follow rules and policies of the company.
Qualifications& Experience :
- Required Graduate 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in customer service
- Goal orientation, working effectively with the teams, interpersonal and influencing skills to manage customers effectively
- Proven track record of achieving deadlines and helping in target achievement for the company.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English as well as the local language
