Role description :
- Candidate will have to assist customers over the call to resolve queries with in TAT.
- Provide customer assistance.
- Solving there issues on calls & give resolution to there problems.
- Maintain good cordial relationships with the customers.
- Making them delighted.
Salary- In b/w 12 K CTC to 18 K CTC (Salary will be decided by the HR recruiter, basis on interview, last salary & skill set of candidate)
Shifts- Any 9 hours window from 7AM to 12 AM (- Females can only opt for day shift)
Qualification- 12th pass/Graduates/Under graduates
Skill set needed- Fair English with no regional language barrier/ No MTI
Venue- KARVY, A -14 sector 64 Noida
Nearest Metro- Noida city center
Landmark- IRCTC Kitchen
