Job description
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow standard operating procedures and company policies in customer service operations.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills.
