Job Description:
- Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services offered by the e-commerce platform.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize effective communication skills to interact with customers via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Maintain a friendly and upbeat attitude during interactions with customers, reflecting the brand's commitment to excellent service.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualification preferred.
