Job Description : Chat Customer Service Representative
Location : Ahmedabad
Shift : Rotational Shifts
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
Monthly CTC :
For Locals : 20,000 - 32,000 INR
For Outstation Candidates : 23,000 - 30,000 INR

We are currently seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Chat Customer Service Representatives in Ahmedabad. As a representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of inquiries via chat.
Key Responsibilities :
Chat Support :
- Engage with customers through chat to understand and address their queries, concerns, and requests.
- Provide accurate and efficient solutions in a timely manner.
Customer Interaction :
- Demonstrate a customer-centric approach and maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
- Build rapport with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
Problem Resolution :
- Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant department when necessary.
- Strive for first-contact resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
Documentation :
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Rotational Shifts :
- Adhere to the assigned rotational shift schedule to provide support to customers across different time zones.
Immediate Joiners :
- Actively seek candidates who can join immediately to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Education and Qualifications : Minimum 12th pass.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
CTC Details : Offer competitive compensation based on the candidate's location, ranging from 20,000 to 32,000 INR for local candidates and 23,000 to 30,000 INR for outstation candidates.

- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using chat-based customer service tools.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
