- Hiring for UK Based Bank- Chat Process

- Timings : Afternoon 1 pm to Night 1 pm (any 9 hours)

- Qualification: HSC+ 1 yrs experience OR Grad fresher OR Grad+ Experience

- Salary offered: for Fresher- 19000/- OR for Experienced- Upto 22000/-

- Comms: Decent English Communication

- Shift: Rotational UK shift with Rotational Week-offs

Roles:

- Chat Support Specialist: Provides real-time assistance to customers via chat platforms.

- Customer Service Representative: Handles customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests through live chat.

- Technical Support Agent: Assists customers with technical issues and troubleshooting via chat.

Responsibilities:

- Respond Promptly: Address customer inquiries quickly and efficiently.

- Resolve Issues: Identify and resolve customer issues professionally.

- Provide Accurate Information: Offer precise details about products and services.

- Document Interactions: Record customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

- Escalate Issues: Forward unresolved issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

- Maintain Professionalism: Keep a positive and professional demeanor with customers.

- Manage Multiple Chats: Handle several chat conversations simultaneously.

- Follow Up: Ensure customer issues are resolved by following up when needed.

- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the company's products, services, and policy
