Customer Service Role - Chat/Email Process - eCommerce (0-5 yrs)
Client - Leading E-commerce brand
Process - Customer service Inbound/email/chat
Role description :
- Candidate will have to assist customers over the email/chat to resolve queries with in TAT.
- Provide customer assistance.
- Solving there issues on email/chat & give resolution to there problems.
- Maintain good cordial relationships with the customers.
- Making them delighted.
Salary : In b/w 15 K CTC to 20 K CTC (Salary will be decided by the HR recruiter, basis on an interview, last salary & skill set of candidate)
Shifts : Any 9 hours window from 7 AM to 12 AM ( Females can only opt for day shift)
Qualification- 12th pass/Graduates/Under graduates
Skill set needed - Fair English with no regional language barrier/ No MTI
Venue- KARVY, A -14 sector 64 Noida Nearest Metro- Noida city center
Landmark- IRCTC Kitchen
Interview date- From 18.10.18 onwards
Timings 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM
