Job Profile: Customer Service Representative (Chat/Email)

Job Location: Gurugram

Job Mode: Work From Office

Working Days: 5 days

Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts

Salary: Fresher - 20k + 2K PLI (post training), Experienced - 22K + 2K PLI (Post training)

Job Role : Provide exceptional customer service through chat or email. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints. Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria : Fresher or experienced with minimum 6 months experience, UG or graduate
