Customer Service Role - BPO (6-12 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Call our potential customers who have raised queries and engage with them.
- Post Engagement, resolve their queries.
- Respond quickly to assigned leads.
- Work on the lines of highest ethical and moral standards and as set by the company
- Input Metrics/Daily Target
- 9 Hours Shift with a minimum of 5 hours of Productivity daily.
Requirements :
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate
- Proven experience of minimum 6 months in calling. Experience in Customer Support
- Representative role is an added advantage
- Proficient in Telegu & English
- Multi-disciplinary, continuous learning mind-set
- Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality.
Earnings :
- INR 12,350/- Per month-
- Upto INR 2,000/- overtime bonus
