This is to inform you we are hiring for the position for Customer Service
- Handle all incoming calls and emails of students for grievances and also make outbound calls and revert on emails.
- Helping Students queries and sharing with student's information with regards to lectures schedule, examination, certification queries, re-attending of lectures
- Handling all of student's grievances.
- Understanding the student first concept and always be prepared to help and assist students with their complaints.
- Coordination with relevant departments to help solve the student's complaints
- Maintaining TAT of 48 hours or less to respond and act on student's complaints.
- Maintaining reports in proper formats.
- Learning about your organization's products or services and keeping up to date with changes
Desired Profile:
- Undergraduate/Graduate in any stream
- Excellent with computers, software and systems (word and excel, updating CRM)
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi.
