The company is looking for SME- customer service.
The Job
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Responsible to handle team of 8 to 10 call agents (Customer support team)
- Assigning leads to associates, team performance evaluation, Monitoring and Auditing calls on timely basis
- Ensure that the associates are meeting the weekly and monthly targets
- Checking call timings of the associates
- Responsible for training team members, setting strategy
- Meeting the monthly target
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required :
- Have good communication skill English and hindi (mandatory) with any regional language
- 3+ yrs minimum 1 yr in team handling
- Excel proficiency (Advance excel/ VLOOKUP/ google sheets)
- Have hands on experience with CRM
- You have at least 2 years of experience within a Customer Success, CRM Manager or Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant role, ideally within the telecommunications industry.
- Experience covering Consumer is strong plus.
- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
