Customer Service Role - BPO (1-5 yrs)

Job Responsibilities :
- Scheduling Health Checks for Clients of Insurance Companies.
- Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication.
- Meet commitments to customers and other duties as assigned.
- Display time flexibility towards shifts as per work floor requirements.
- Display sensitivity to healthcare business work environment.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Graduate with 0 -2 years of experience in Customer Service (Voice/mail process).
- Good communication skills (voice and emails).
- Customer orientated.
- TPA/Insurance/Broking industry is preferable.
Shift Timing :
Working Days : Mondy to Saturday
Shift Timing : 10am to 7pm
