Job Description:
Customer Care Executives will provide online chat support to International customers.
Responsibilities:
- Handling queries/complaints of customers and Coaches through inbound chat.
- Ensure First Contact Resolution (FCR) while handling a customer's issue
- Ensure to provide highest rate customer satisfaction on each chat handled.
- Achieve CSAT of 9.3 on a scale of 0-10.
- Maintain Chat AHT of 315 sec
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- Qualifications: Requires a minimum of a Graduate/Under Grad
- Experience: Min 6 months/1 Year experience required in any International Chat US Process
- Age: 18 years onwards
Minimum Skills & Knowledge:
Technical Skills - Ability to use company network and environments
- Ability to navigate web applications using internet explorer
- Basic level competence with Microsoft excel
Soft Skills - Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to compose grammatically correct, concise & accurate statements
- Good understanding of etiquette for written communications
Keyboarding Skills - Minimum typing speed skills of 35 words per minute
Qualification - Graduation or equivalent certificate from a recognized university
