Customer Service Role - BPO (0-5 yrs)
As a customer support associate, you- ll be responsible for customer happiness and will respond to customers- queries via different channels (calls, emails and chats). You- ll coordinate cross-functionally to resolve customer grievances and special requests. You- ll ensure you- re there with the customer every step of the way.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS :
- Under-graduates/Graduates/ PGDM or B.Tech/BE from recognized institutes. B.Com or equivalent graduates from reputed colleges can also apply.
- 6Months - 5 years of cross platform customer service or retention experience is preferable.
- Work experience in a customer service role at a start-up is a big plus
