Customer Service Role - BPO (0-3 yrs)

Role and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound Calls from the customers
- Resolve queries and give proper information
- Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Shift Timing : 9 AM - 6 PM
Saturday - Sunday Fixed Off
Salary : 20K Gross ( 16K Net )
