Job description :
- We are hiring Customer Service Representative, or CSR (For Website Services) for our NEW ZEALAND and AUSTRALIA-based companies, who will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Collaborating with clients and internal teams to plan and execute website redesigns or new builds.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and technologies to inform and improve website design and functionality.
- Communicating effectively with clients and team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Providing training and support for clients to help them manage their websites effectively.
- Communicating with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
- Providing ongoing maintenance and updates to websites as needed.
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans and timelines.
- Advising clients on strategies to improve the performance and user experience of their websites
Prerequisites :
- Good English communication (Written & Oral) is a must.
- Previous experience working with a BPO will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience working with websites would be an added advantage.
