- 24- 7 Shifts
- 9 hours with Rotational shifts
Eligibility Criteria :
Mandatory :
- Excellent communication in English Language.
1. Need to have empathetic ear and good communication skill.
2. Freshers or Experience can Apply
3. Interested candidates must have to Relocate to Indore
4. Qualification Must Have completed 12th & Under-Graduates who are enrolled for Correspondence/Distance Learning Program only.
Responsibilities and Duties :
1. Strong Chat Contact Handling Skills & Active responding
2. Some Experience as Client Service Executive
3. Provides Information about Products and Services
4. Updates the CRM Accurately
5. Timely Revert To Customers without any Missing Information
6. Good negotiating and convincing skills
- Listen to customers concerns, issues and questions
- Resolve customers concerns and answer customers questions to your best ability
- Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers complaints
- Open new customer accounts
- Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise
- Recommend possible products to meet the customers needs
- Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary
- Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
