Customer Service Role - BPO (0-1 yrs)
1. Handling inbound customer queries from U.S. Customers related to new reservations, cancellations, exchanges, etc.
2. Follow ups with the clients for existing reservations.
3. Hotel/car services/travel insurance
4. Resolve questions and be able to process all travel inquiries.
You must possess :
1. Willing to work in Day/Night Shift.
2. Good communication skills & common sense.
3. Understanding customer requirements.
4. GDS experience is must.
5. Candidates having experience in international calling process will be preferred.
