Customer Service Role - BFS (0-3 yrs)
Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and callers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate office or person.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery and materials.
- Provide basic and accurate information to visitors and callers.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage stress effectively.
