Customer Service Role - Banking (1-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :
- Handle customer queries through voice and chat support.
- Build rapport with customers and provide solutions promptly.
- Ensure accuracy and professionalism in every interaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets.
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of international BPO experience.
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts and offs.
- This is a Work from Office profile (No cab facility).
Compensation :
- Salary Package: - 50,000 CTC
