Customer Service Role (5-8 yrs)
We're looking for a potential problem-solver and relationship manager to join our dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer and teacher queries & build strong relationships.
- Ensuring class delivery without any hiccups
- Guiding dedicated Customers for all their queries and concerns
- Secure valuable referrals from existing parents.
- Drive seamless onboarding for new learners & ensure long-term engagement.
- Act swiftly to manage ad hoc situations, adhering to JetLearn values & ethics
Requirements:
- Proven track record in customer service & relationship-building.
- Capability of getting successful referrals from existing customers
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Location: Delhi Dwarka
Mode: Hybrid
Work Schedule:
- 10-hour shifts with a 1-hour break, 9 working hours
- 6 working days, 1 week off during weekdays
