About the Role :

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and support for our clients and applicants. You will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our products and processes to efficiently handle inquiries and resolve issues. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to maintain high-quality standards and meet service-level agreements.

Responsibilities :

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of specific customer service functions and processes.

- Process assigned tasks accurately and independently while adhering to provided instructions.

- Communicate with clients and applicants through various channels such as phone, email, and chat queues.

- Provide information about our products and services and address complaints and requests with accuracy and efficiency.

- Analyze information received from callers to determine the best solutions and follow through to resolution.

- Record details of all interactions and tasks in the CRM tool and collaborate with supervisors and peers as needed.

- Contribute to team efforts in maintaining service level agreements and quality standards.

Skills Required:

- Patience and attentiveness in handling customer inquiries and requests.

- Ability to use positive language and persuasion techniques to effectively communicate with clients and applicants.

- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

- Empathy and goal-oriented focus to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, OneDrive).

- Typing speed of 45+ words per minute.

Shift- 6:30 PM - 4:00 AM or Client-specific Shift

Transport- Transport pick-up and drop are provided.
