Job Summary:

The CSR will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support via phone, email, chat, or in person. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
- Maintain customer records and update account information.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of their concerns.
- Adhere to company guidelines and service standards.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to customer service.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve services.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment & Schedule:
