1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist Australian customers with inquiries, complaints, or service requests.

2. Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, or processes.

3. Address and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

4. Maintain professionalism and adhere to company quality standards during all interactions.

- Update and maintain customer records in the system accurately.

5. Escalate unresolved issues or complaints to the appropriate department for resolution.

6. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including call quality and resolution rates.

7. Stay updated on product knowledge, process changes, and customer handling techniques.

Requirements :

Experience: 6 months - 2 years in an international voice process (preferred but not mandatory).

Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (preferred).

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills in English with a neutral or Australian accent.

- Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.

- Proficiency in computer skills and CRM tools.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance goals.

Availability: Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience handling Australian or international customers.

- Knowledge of Australian culture and customer preferences.

- Familiarity with call center metrics such as AHT, FCR, and CSAT.
