Customer Service Role (1-5 yrs)
We are seeking talented individuals to join our Sunshine Voice (Citi) team as Voice Process representatives. As a voice process agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone.
We are hiring for both Fresher's and experienced candidates. Fresher's with a graduate degree or 6 months of experience are eligible, with a salary of 340,000 per annum and an in-hand salary of 20,936. Experienced candidates with a graduate degree and 1 year of experience can earn up to 425,000 per annum, with an in-hand salary of 27,595.
The selection process includes multiple rounds: FSR, Ops, Versant, Typing, and WBI. Candidates must pass the Versant assessment with a score of 60 and have a typing speed of 20 words per minute with 85% accuracy. The role offers one-side cab facility and one-side cab allowance, and is located in Gurgaon.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone.
2. Providing product or service information to customers.
3. Addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
5. Identifying and escalating complex customer issues to senior team members.
6. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
7. Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and performance targets.
8. Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
