Customer Service Role (1-5 yrs)
Liberty Global is hiring for International Voice Process, specifically an Inbound Sales team focused on upselling and cross-selling. The role falls under the VNA>>Ops>>WBI department.
For freshers, the eligibility criteria include being a UG/Grad or BE/BTech. The salary offered is 280,000 per annum, with an in-hand salary of 16.5k and a Monthly Incentive Variable (MIV) of 2,500.
For experienced candidates, a minimum of 1 year of experience is required, with a 20% hike on the last in-hand salary. The maximum salary offered is 405,000 per annum, with an in-hand salary of 26.9k and an MIV of 2,500. Additional benefits include one-side cab facility and one-side cab allowance. The job location is Gurgaon.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to sales via phone, email, or chat.
2. Providing product or service information to customers to facilitate sales.
3. Addressing customer complaints and concerns related to sales in a professional manner.
4. Upselling and cross-selling products or services to customers.
5. Processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
7. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
8. Identifying and escalating complex customer issues to senior team members.
9. Collaborating with internal sales teams to resolve customer issues and drive sales growth.
10. Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively sell to customers.
