Customer Service Role (1-5 yrs)
Urdu Speaking Customer Service (Malaysia) :
- To handle client's requests and solve issues via live chat, phone call and email by navigating multiple programs with attention to accuracy and detail;
- To escalate issue to suitable specialist when needed via SalesForce or Jira platform
- To update clients on their request status accordingly;
- To constantly verify documents submitted by clients within specific regions on an hourly basis;
- To prepare and interpret reports and documentation with attention to detail and accuracy.
- To understand the Company's business functions & roles by participating in company programs and meetings.
- To achieve quarterly KPI targets set by the Customer Service Manager;
- To perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Good communication skills in English and Urdu language (speaking and writing)
- Strong in confronting clients and communication
- Skilled in troubleshooting and multi-tasking
- Customer service orientation
- Self-motivated and highly reliable
