Customer Service Role (1-3 yrs)
Customer Delight Executive will offer excellent customer service and after-sales support. To be successful as a Customer Delight Executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional appearance. An outstanding customer support executive should possess a proven track record of successful customer service and management skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased products or services.
- Maintain contact with clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality.
- Create a world-class customer experience, and we intend to build our customer delight operations as a centre of excellence and a source of competitive advantage.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
- Make regular calls to existing clients and take care of welcoming the new clients with a personal touch and creating the wow factor.
- Responsible for engagement through client visits in order to facilitate good customer satisfaction and retention.
- Obligation to travel either in India or elsewhere for Business purposes.
PERSONAL COMPETENCIES :
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service or Seller Support function.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English are a must
- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customer base
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Internet Explorer, and Android App
- Operational flexibility with the working schedule may be expected to work on weekends, holidays, and travel either in India or elsewhere for Business purposes.
