Job Role : Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, or chat. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Eligibility Criteria : Minimum 1+ year experience as a relevant customer service executive in a premium contact centre, Graduate or Under Graduate, Typing speed : 25 WPM with 85% accuracy
