Customer Service Role (1-2 yrs)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Email/Chat/Incall and Outbound calling process in any BPO, e-commerce, fintech and any customer experience organization.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Flexible with the working schedule, may be expected to work weekends, holidays, and events.
- Qualified candidates will be comfortable in a multi-tasking, high-energy environment.
- They will be creative and analytical problem solvers with a passion for excellent customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned.
- Graduation and above (12th pass only in exceptional case).
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
- Age should be <28.
- Work from office and 6 days working (roster off).
- Near Tonk Road, Dev Nagar (Maximum travel distance should be 10 KMS).
