Customer Service Role (1-10 yrs)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- To ensure operating systems are functioning properly and report to Shift Leader if it fails
- To process client's request via live chat, email, and phone call
- To escalate issue to appropriate specialist when needed via SalesForce or Jira
- To update clients on their request status accordingly
- To constantly verify documents submitted by clients within specific regions on hourly basis
- To attend all seminars scheduled by the company for the employee
- To achieve quarterly KPI targets set by CS Manager
- To perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- Open to native Hindi/Urdu only
- Understand Company product, Company legal documents in details (Client Agreement etc), Company internal regulations and procedures and Company PR policy
- Excellent command of the Hindi/Urdu language, with advanced reading and writing proficiency
- Excellent and native communication soft skills in Hindi/Urdu & English or other relevant languages
- Fluent communication skills in English
- At least 1 year of customer service experience handling Hindi/Urdu market
- Must be willing to relocate to Malaysia & work in rotation shifts
