Customer Service Representative


Your responsibilities will include :

- You are responsible for maintaining a high degree of professionalism and positive attitude while assisting each inquiry.

- Answer inbound customer care calls.

- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

- Communicating with customers through various channels.

- Act as the company's gatekeeper.

- Act as an information resource.

- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

- Identify and assess customers- needs/complaints to achieve satisfaction.

- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication internally and externally.

- Analysing the needs of customer

- Preparing quotes

- Take confirmation deposits

- Addressing customer queries

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: - 18,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month

Schedule: Morning shift

COVID-19 considerations :

All employees are mandatorily required to wear mask and sanitise hands as and when they enter the premises. Also vaccination certificates are collected from all employees as a proof to fully vaccinated
