Responsibilities :

Issue Resolution : Skillfully resolve customer complaints or problems, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Documentation : Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure efficient follow-up and information retrieval.
Order Processing : Efficiently process customer orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Product Knowledge : Stay well-informed about the company's products, services, and policies to provide customers with accurate information and solutions.
Collaboration : Work closely with other team members, departments, or specialized teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and problem resolution.
Escalation : Identify and escalate complex issues to higher-level support or management when necessary.
Training : Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and stay updated on company offerings.
Feedback : Actively gather and document customer feedback and suggestions to contribute to product or service improvements.
Requirements :
